3.3 Identity Verification

cbk33 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, particularly in the case of withdrawal requests. Transactions may be put on hold due to failure to submit required documents. This process is carried out for the protection of the user.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

The following methods can be used for deposits and withdrawals on cbk33: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank).

4.2 Deposit Limits

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳18,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, for a total balance of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to the welcome bonus and other bonuses. Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable. Please note that wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit + bonus combined.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus must be used within a specified validity period.
• Multiple bonuses may not be applicable simultaneously.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are completed.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program & Cashback

cbk33's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%; Silver — up to 0.5%; Gold — up to 0.8%; and Platinum — up to 1.0%. You can advance to higher tiers by playing more. Each tier comes with weekly cashback benefits as well as special privileges.

Fair Use Policy

cbk33 is committed to ensuring a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Hacking, cracking, or any form of technical interference with the platform's gaming system.
• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Collusion (gaining an advantage by coordinating between multiple accounts).
• Placing artificial bets for the purpose of meeting bonus wagering requirements.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users.
• Using fraudulent payment methods.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.

7.4 Dispute Resolution

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Account Closure by cbk33

cbk33 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• If you operate multiple accounts.

8.2 Account Closure by User

Any user may request to close their account at any time. To make a request, contact the support team. Any available balance (if withdrawable) may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

8.3 Voluntary Break
